Helloooo!! I’m Tina, founder of Space to Grow! Thank you for being here. After spending a decade as a brand strategist at some of the top agencies in New York working on startups and Fortune 500 brands, I bring my experience to focus on what I care about the most: people - bringing them together, maximizing their human potential, rethinking their relationship with work, and challenging societal norms so that they can live their most expansive lives.
I believe our work is an extension of our souls. There is beauty in it. Yet, corporate systems have stripped us away from the humanity of work and driven us to only care about the bottom line at all costs. Societal expectations have also led us to believe that there is only one version of success. I believe the future of work is going to be more fluid and expansive than ever before, where we have the autonomy to pave unique paths. Let’s create more space for creativity, honor ourselves with work/lives that light us up, and make a meaningful impact in this one life that we have.
